Booking fees are strictly non refundable under any circumstance. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure all SkinJournal bookings. You may re arrange your appointment with 72 hours notice. If you rearrange your appointment after this time or more than once you will be required to pay a new fee. If you do not attend your appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
